CTC #434 CASE a Project Featuring Trees

 

CASE-ing The Catty Crew are a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from Australia & New Zealand who take inspiration weekly from the catalogues. The catalogues are a fantastic resource, and we love to inspire you to seek inspiration there too.

This week the challenge is to CASE a layout with trees, and I chose Scenic Wonders on page 100 of the Annual Catalogue. It's the one in the centre back.

Clearly, I've changed things up with the stamp set, the colours and the orientation of the card. I have used the same sentiment over the top of Watercolor World and a similar spotlight technique.

Since I needed only a little patterned paper 1cm strips were cut from Stargazing 12" X 12" DSP.

New embellishments coming soon in the mini catalogue co-ordinated rather nicely with the label.

 The inside sentiment is from one of my favourite kits Timeless Greetings. It's a wonderful masculine kit but can be a great companion for this Watercolor World stamp too. Don't forget that kits are 30% off until 31st August, so just a few days more.
