Magical Mediterranean Moments

No doubt, if you follow Pinterest, or other demonstrators blogs you will have seen this layering of stamps, particularly Beautiful You and Mediterranean Moments, which go together so beautifully. If I were viewing this charming lane, I'd like to be kicking my heels up and dancing too!

I was away at the holiday house for the weekend, and the weather was a little disappointing for summer. We did get to take a nice long walk along the beach on the first day, but after that it was a bit too cool and blowy for my liking. A project like this is ideal to take along as it takes up very little space. All it requires is Whisper White card, Archival Black ink pad, the stamps (and mine are woodmount, so no need for blocks), a set of new Watercolour pencils and a blender pen.

Actually, I've stamped and coloured heaps of images, and then when I come home I finish the cards by mounting on coloured card etc.
There is no sentiment on this one yet, I haven't decided what or who it is for, but it was so relaxing playing around with these new supplies. I'm so glad that Bermuda Bay, my favourite colour, is included in the set of pencils. They are mostly from the Brights range with black, white, grey and Early Espresso included.

Cheers and happy crafting
Rachel

  1. Rachel, this is so lovely. I particularly like that you have left un-colored spots here and there. The beautiful dancer stands out as she should. Lorna, Kent, WA, USA
