Initially, 'Hey Birthday Chick' was a bit further down on my wish list, although I do have a grandson who loves chickens. When Stampin' Up! released the dies, my mind was quickly made up.
A lovely young friend was turning 49 in January, and I wanted to share some chickie love with her, so my partly-made layout became the base for my card. It provided the perfect anchor for the greeting and balloon, while the fence did the same for our chicken.
Now my friend likes a party, but she'd NEVER end up like this miss has, with her feet in the air - ha,ha!
