It has been a little while since I have used Gorgeously Made but it is a wonderful stamp and die bundle and really deserves some attention!
A piece of the Designer Series Paper, Masterfully Made, was texture embossed and then some white craft ink was brushed on to emphasise the "bumps".
The text stamp was stamped off before applying to a label and stamping a full-strength leaf over.
Vellum is great for die cutting a piece of unobtrusive foliage.
The background pieces have been stamped and distressed too.
And just a bit more stamping on the inside.

I love your treatment of that beautiful background paper, Rachel - very effective. The foliage looks great stamped in Pretty Peacock, and the addition of a vellum die-cut was a lovely choice.
ReplyDeleteI love all of the layers and details on your card Rachel. It’s great to remember the items we still have in the annual catalogue as well as all the new stuff.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Rachel. Your layers and textures are wonderful. I love your Pretty Peacock stamping and your layering of the vellum leaf over the stamped leaves. xxx
ReplyDeleteLove all your layers and your use of vellum, Rachel. The pop of vivid green (is it Parakeet Party?) looks great against the Masterfully Made DSP.
ReplyDeleteSnap on the DSP Rachel! but wow I really love what you have done with it to give such a textured finish. The lime green adds a nice pop of colour.
ReplyDeleteLove all the details in your card Rachel! This stamp set is so good for all the layers of yummy detail you can add. The vellum leaves are perfect as well! Beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteOooh, fab card! The layering is gorgeous, and the inked and embossed paper looks fantastic.
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Rachel with the distressed panels and I love the addition of the vellum die cut leaf.
ReplyDeleteLove your card Rachel, the distressed look and layering are just lovely.
ReplyDeleteThe embossed texture really adds to the DSPs on your card, Rachel, especially with the white ink. The soft vellum leaves are a great addition too.
