The participants in AWH Colour Creations Blog Hop are all Stampin' Up! demonstrators and members of Art With Heart. We love to Blog Hop sharing all the Stampin' Up! Colours alphabetically. This is week #30 and we are sharing Mint Macaron.
Mint Macaron, a soft green, has been a favourite of mine for some time. Orchid Oasis is its lovely companion on this project, with just a touch of Garden Green.
Some time ago I saw Lisa Curcio demonstrate this card. She named it the Split Z-Fold card. I am no expert when it comes to special folds but was thrilled with how this card came together.
Bottled Happiness has a lovely spray of flowers, and then the leaves and flower centres are on a second stamp. This is a great fancy fold design, Rachel, and great use of the Bottled Happiness bundle. 'Snap' on the colour combination & DSP!!!

ReplyDeleteOh, so beautiful! What a serene card and colour combination. I remember you telling me, many years ago, when Mint Macaron made it's comeback into the core colour line-up. We were both very excited!

ReplyDeleteI love that gingham paper, and it's the perfect choice on your card, Rachel. You've aced the colour combination; gorgeous. I like how you've placed the sentiment label over the bottle, and the little metallic bows are very sweet. You should be well chuffed with this card!
