The participants in Colour Creations are all Stampin' Up! demonstrators and members of Art With Heart. We love to Blog Hop sharing all the Stampin' Up! Colours. This is week eight of this round of Colour Creations Blog Hop, and this week is Bermuda Bay.
This is my stepped-up version where I've used a number of the stamps, dies and layers. The dark layer is Evening Evergreen, which seems to go nicely with Bermuda Bay.
Bonus this week, a second card.
Let's hop across the border to visit with the amazing Andrea Sargent in South Australia
If at any time you find a broken link, please head to the blog of this week’s host of the AWH Colour Creations Blog Hop, Cathy Proctor, and she will have the list of all participants.
I'm so glad that you did make 2 cards this week Rachel, as they are both beautiful. I can't stop looking at that gorgeous linen thread bow on your first card!
ReplyDeleteI love how you used stamps, papers and dies on your first card, Rachel; really beautiful! Your second card showcases the Split Card Textures Die so well. Bermuda Bay and white makes for a lovely, crisp, colour combination.
ReplyDeleteWhat great cards Rachel, I agree a couple of stamps and some DSP and you can make some gorgeous cards! Both your cards are fantastic! I love your stepped up one with all the textures and layers. The corner lace die was not on my list but I might need to get it now!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards Rachel. The first is my favourite, I love all of the layers you've used and Evening Evergreen looks lovely as one of the layers.
ReplyDeleteLove the multiple stamping on your first card Rachel with the DSP peeking out. I think I need those Split card texture dies they really make such elegant cards.
ReplyDeleteTwo delightful cards Rachel. I so love your artfully layered leaf card with the background DSP and the layered stamping. The simplicity of your second card is beautiful, especially with the Split Card Textural background. Xxx Andrea xxx
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful cards Rachel, love the slip background.
ReplyDeleteLoving the layers and textures on your first card, Rachel, it is gorgeous. I also love the simplicity of your 2nd card with that Split Card Texture die. I'm yet to play with mine, but you've inspired me to get crafting!
ReplyDeleteTwo great cards Rachel. I love how you have used the Split Card Textures dies. I have been tempted by them but have resisted until now. You may have just persuaded me.
