The CASE-ing The Catty Crew are a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from Australia & New Zealand who take inspiration weekly from the catalogues. The catalogues are a fantastic resource and we love to inspire you to seek inspiration there too.
This week the assignment is to CASE a glittery or sparkly project from either catalogue. My inspiration came from the stepped-up card on page 59 of the mini catalogue.
I liked the partial texture embossing on the 'art' panel, and the way it has been placed askew. Since the Seasonal Dies on page 58 had just arrived in my craft space, I was pretty keen to include a version of that too.
Swapping out embossing folders, I've used one of the pair in the Meadow Moments EF set, and placed it across the right hand corner of the front panel. The card front behind has been fully embossed with the same folder.
A label from the Paper Pumpkin box, Expressions In Color, had already been stamped with Happy Birthday from Artistically Inked, which co-ordinates so well with Expressions in Ink. Lots of rhinestones scattered about add some sparkle to this birthday card too.
We love having you join in our challenges. Ask to join our Facebook group, and then add a picture of your CASE, and let us know which card or project you've CASE-d. No blog required, no special qualifications.
