The CASE-ing The Catty Crew are a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from Australia & New Zealand who take inspiration weekly from the catalogues. The catalogues are a fantastic resource and we love to inspire you to seek inspiration there too.
When it comes to CASE-ing The SALE-A-Bration Catty, it's amazing how much inspiration is in such a slim catalogue. Page 8 has a red check and green card on Crumb Cake, created from strips of paper, the Peaceful Prints DSP. That is a FREE choice which you can add to your $90 order.
On Page 4 is Penguin Playmates, another 12" X 12" DSP, also offered FREE with your $90 order. I changed out the papers, and used 3 penguins instead of a deer to CASE and create a birthday card. When you cut a card front 10cm by 14cm, these are the strips you are left with - perfect for using on card fronts in any DSP.
I haven't really used the Penguin Place stamp or Penguin builder punch for this card, but the envelope has been stamped.
Although the Balloon Punch has retired, I'm glad I have kept mine, as it does fit the balloon from Penguin Place stamp set, and allows you to punch a larger one as well.
