CASE a Project CTC#291

CASE-ing The Catty is a group of Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up! demonstrators who love to share the design potential of the catalogues. With the great projects featured all through these inspiration books, it's easy to CASE and come up with a new original design. This week we are CASE-ing pages 71-75, which covers bundles.

Straight away, I spied this design on page 71 using Peace & Joy. Such a beautiful bundle, and I was tempted to make this using red, but it occurred to me that Nothing Better Than was a good choice too. Those cookies are a great substitute for stars.

'Cookies' is a single die cut, but by using the outline of the die, I was able to trace the second layer onto Early Espresso. The vellum layer has been eye-balled and cut freehand.

Misty Moonlight is the base, with champagne metallic foil over. The DSP from In Good Taste DSP looks a lot like the tiles on a kitchen splashback, but there are so many papers in that pack that would suit, and its a DSP that is 15% off for October. You'll find it listed at the end of this post in the supplies.

It's nice to finish off the inside, especially when there is a sentiment which fits with the 2 on the front of the card. Some stamped cookies and we're done. Is it a cookie kind of day for you?

Have a look through those pages, 71-75, and see which you might CASE. Then pop it in our Facebook challenge here, because we love to see your creations too.

Following me this week is the talented Rose Packer with some Christmas delight for us.
