Welcome back to another week of CASE-ing The Catty. The crew is made up of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all parts of Australia and New Zealand. You are at the blog of Rachel Palmieri, Independent Stampin' Up!® demonstrator. I run classes at my home studio in South Morang, Victoria, share Stampin' Up!® products and tools at parties for my customers, create Craft By Post classes, coach my lovely team and create cards and the occasional 3D project. This week we are CASE-ing an Annual Catalogue Layout, and giving it a Holiday Twist.
What a fun challenge this was! All I did was leaf quickly through the catalogue and my eye fell on the card on page 88, Welcome To The Team. I have this stamp and have enjoyed using it, so I decided to use the 'from all of us' from this set, along with 'Merry Christmas' from Christmas Gleaming. The 3 elves a-peeking is from #Elfie and the Stamparatus was very useful for lining them up. When I took the picture (above) I thought I was finished, but then went on to make some small additions.
Silver stars surround the Elves, and one of them has a sprig of holly stuck in his hat. I couldn't find a small holly stamp amongst the current stamps, so I took snips and trimmed one from a piece of DSP from the pack Night Before Christmas.
It's kind of nice to finish the inside with a strip of matching paper.
Another sheet of paper from the same pack inspired this second CASE of the desk chair card. It has the 3 elements in the art piece, and a mat behind of red glimmer paper, so it has a slim connection to the original.
Making Christmas Bright is a fun Christmas stamp from the Annual catalogue, and there is a co-ordinating punch for the light bulbs. I wonder what has Peta Stephen inspired this week?

There is always so much inspiration in these catalogues, I'm sure that is why CASE-ing the Catty is so successful! Now it's your turn to show what you can do with a little catalogue inspiration. Add your work at our Facebook challenge here.
