Everything Eleanor CTS#93

This card is for Genella, who thinks I haven't used Everything Eleanor enough, despite this card only ten days ago! It is one of the oldest current stamps in my collection now, along with Apothecary Art, from where I borrowed the 'Happiest Birthday' sentiment.

These two stamp sets are still in the old blister packs, but both are really nice stamps to use with Blendabilities. This time I used the Cherry Cobbler set for the petals and one from the Daffodil Delight pack for the stamens. Everything Eleanor has flowers that are perfect for blending, as the shaded areas show you exactly where to do the darker blending, and the blooms are easy enough to cut out with paper snips. If you have this stamp set, give it a try and let me know what you think.

I thought the sketch at CAS(E) This Sketch worked really well with the fabulous swirl in Everything Eleanor, but a square or circle around the flower
was too overwhelming. You still can 'feel' the sketch framework, I'm sure.

There is a scattering of sequins and candy dots, so I am entering it into CAS on Sunday too.

I have been trying to finish the insides of all my cards as I make them at the moment, so they are ready for writing in and popping into the post. It is easier said than done though when you try to fit so much into a day. This one has been finished - Yay!

I have enjoyed another day of holidays, meeting up with three friends for a leisurely lunch.
Glad you've come visit my blog,

Rachel
