Classic Garage

I am an independent Stampin" Up! demonstrator based in South Morang, Victoria. Craft has been my lifelong passion, and paper crafting is so quick, easy and satisfying. It is only one of many creative outlets I have, but I've spent 8 years sharing card-making with others. You'll find links to my classes, for sale, join my team etc at the top of my blog. I have made a range of cards using the Geared Up Garage stamp set and thinlet dies bundle, Classic Garage Metal Elements, and a few other Stampin' Up! supplies. You'll find an extensive list at the end which will take you straight to the item in my shop, if you would like to make a purchase. Please be assured, that you will also receive after-sales follow up to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

It was a lot of fun making this card using the Classic Garage Suite. No patterned paper made it on to this card, and I broke outside of the colour range chosen for this suite, just because you have to have a hot red car - right? This is where Stampin' Blends, our alcohol markers with smooth blending ability come into their own. Poppy Parade and Real Red were used to shade the duco.

Celebrate You is a 3 word die set, which has proved very useful. One thing you should consider when purchasing these finer word dies is adding adhesive sheets to your order too. You cut as much as you need, stick it to card before cutting the word, and then peel to place it on your project.

Grunged up the inside, using a stamp that could be smoke, or an oil stain. I've shared 4 cards using Classic Garage Suite over the past few days. Is there one that you like more than the others. I'd love if you left a comment to tell me whether you think this suite is as good as I do.

New Wheels In The Garage

I am an independent Stampin" Up! demonstrator based in South Morang, Victoria. Craft has been my lifelong passion, and paper crafting is so quick, easy and satisfying. It is only one of many creative outlets I have, but I've spent 8 years sharing card-making with others. You'll find links to my classes, for sale, join my team etc at the top of my blog. I have made a range of cards using the Geared Up Garage stamp set and thinlet dies bundle, Classic Garage DSP (patterned paper), Classic Garage Metal Elements, and a few other Stampin' Up! supplies. You'll find an extensive list at the end which will take you straight to the item in my shop, if you would like to make a purchase. Please be assured, that you will also receive after-sales follow up to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

The patterned paper, Classic Garage DSP, is a great purchase at $19.25 for 48 - 6" X 6" sheets of double-sided paper. You can actually rely on the paper and a suitable sentiment for a winning card. A couple of circle punches helped out here too, and the Labeler Alphabet stamps. You could possibly find other suitable stamps in your stash.

Did you know that Stampin' Up! takes a great deal of pride in the co-ordinating ranges of products. If the colours match, it seems to tie together so much better. Handily,  A4 card pack with three colours, which then match the pattern paper. To cut a card base, the A4 card is cut in half, either across the card or down the centre. I do prefer to cut at 10.6cm x 14.5cm, leaving a strip over. It actually helps me to more easily measure the smaller matts (at 10cm X 14cm, progressing down by half a cm a matt.

I will be sharing some more of these in the next few days so make sure you check back. And don't forget to order, if you're like me and need masculine stamps. There is very little guarantee that this will be around after June 2019.
