Gray Granite

In week 21, Colour Creations are showcasing Gray Granite. Another wonderful neutral, in warmer grey tones. There are bound to be some inspiring projects shared in this week's blog hop.The participants in Colour Creations are all Stampin' Up! Australian demonstrators and members of Art With Heart.

Gray Granite was my card base choice, layered with another piece of card textured with Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. This is from the Harvest Meadow Suite in the mini Catalogue (P54-56)ending January 3rd.

The bricks from that wonderful DSP, In Good Taste, seemed like a natural choice for the backdrop for these potted plants.

A card suitable for many reasons, and for a man or woman I'd say.

I'm sure Claire Daly's card will be delightful, let's hop on over and check it out together.

If the next button is not working or you'd like to see the entire list of participants, go to Catherine Proctor's blog.

Your orders are very much appreciated, no matter how small or big, every little bit helps me to meet my minimums, and keep on creating. Hopefully you are inspired by some of the projects I share, and want to make your own. My online shop is open anytime and delivery by tracked Australia Post takes 5-10 days.

Colour Creations - Coastal Cabana

Our feature colour this week is Coastal Cabana, in the subtles range and one of my favourites. I'm sure there will be lots of inspiration shared on this blog hop, so make sure you spend the time checking them out. We are all Stampin' Up! demonstrators and members of Art With Heart.

Coastal Cabana looks great with red, and I added some accents in Poppy Parade and a splash of green foliage.

What's Cookin' and the Bloom Where You are Planted DSP are such a match made in heaven, I can't help playing with them.

The brick wall and the fussy cut plant are both from the DSP, but on the inside of the card I pulled out a couple of stamps from Plentiful Plants.

Next talented team member on this blog hop is the lovely Tina Gillespie.
