Week 4 is Shy Shamrock's turn to shine and it definitely does. A lovely shade to add to the range with Card, ink, markers, blends, ribbon and DSP available.
Card 1:
For those who have a pack of the 6" X 6" In Color paper (free with the joining offer) you may be wondering about ways to use it so here is a simple idea.
Using this sketch from page 22 of the Annual catalogue and just one sheet of paper to cut the central panel and the larger one, matt both in white and place on a card base.
Card 2:
I settled for what I think is a simple design using Flower Cart. A mix of stamping and die cutting were used.
The cart and wheels were die cut, the flowers were inked using markers, while the leaves were stamped and the image die cut. The canopy was also stamped & die cut.
Now we are off to see what the talented Theresa Gerrard has shared this week.

Beautiful use of DSP in your monochrome card Rachel and I also love your colouring in flower market card as well.
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely cards Rachel, I especially like the pretty, colourful flower cart
ReplyDeleteA couple of great cards Rachel to feature Shy Shamrock. Using the layout ideas from the catalogue is a great idea.
ReplyDeleteBoth wonderful cards, Rachel. The first one with different sides of the DSP and on white matt layers with a simple sentiment and few embellishments is a great. Your flower cart is cute too!
ReplyDeleteTwo lovely cards Rachel. I love both but I am particularly attracted to your beautiful flower cart. This is not a stamp set I have looked at until now. Like you I am finding the new In Color DSP so easy to work with. I have been using it on everything.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty cards to showcase Shy Shamrock, Rachel. I love your economical use of the gorgeous DSP on your first card - and the white layers and flowers set off the bright green beautifully. Your Flower cart card is really lovely.
ReplyDeleteTwo pretty cards, I love the added pop of colour to the flower cart.
