The participants in AWH Colour Creations Blog Hop are all Stampin' Up! demonstrators and members of Art With Heart. We love to Blog Hop sharing all the Stampin' Up! Colours. This is week 22 of Colour Creations Blog Hop, and we are sharing Garden Green.
While Garden Green is not high on my list of favourite colours, it is very useful when it comes time to make Christmas cards. Leaves of Holly was my choice for this week's project, with the label and leaf dies being the real stars here.
The Very Best Trio Punch was used on two diagonally opposite corners on two layers, for a little added interest.

Garden Green is a fabulous colour on Christmas cards, and yours is no exception! The holly leaves are a great choice, and I love the pops of red and gold.
ReplyDeleteRachel I love the visual interest you've created by using the The Very Best Trio Punch on two diagonally opposite corners of your card. And do I spy a little of that gorgeous glimmer paper – wonderful card!
ReplyDeleteGarden Green is indeed a great green to use for Christmas cards, Rachel (and I'm with you, on not rating it too highly otherwise, LOL). The decorative corners, and the beautiful way you've created the sentiment label and die-cut surround, are favourite features of this card. Just lovely.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful Christmas card Rachel. I agree, Garden Green is delightful for Christmas. I love the way you have used it with the holly leaves and label and paired it will Granny Apple Green and Real Red. Gorgeous. Xxx.
ReplyDeleteLove this Christmas card Rachel, the gold sparkly leaves are a real touch of class.
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful card Rachel and a Christmas card is ideal for Garden Green. Really love those corners. Theresa
ReplyDeleteRachel, I love your two double-punched corners and everything about the holly leaves, bright red berries and the addition of the gold is beautiful. Such a great colour for Christmas cards!
