CTC#371 CASE the Colours of 'He's The Man DSP'

 

The CASE-ing The Catty Crew are a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from Australia & New Zealand who take inspiration weekly from the catalogues. The catalogues are a fantastic resource and we love to inspire you to seek inspiration there too. You might have come from Sandra's blog, and her bottle full of flowers. The colours are listed as Basic Black, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Early Espresso, Sahara Sand & Soft Succulent. I begin by getting out the ink pads and thinking about possibilities. Focussing mainly on Soft Succulent suggested plants, while the Cajun Craze suits terracotta pots, so Plentiful Plants was pulled from the shelf.

Home & Garden is in the mini catalogue but sadly, hasn't made it into the Annual catalogue, so we sadly farewell it at the end of June. It's staying in my craft room though, because we have so few stamps and dies relating to homes, gardens, men. It provided a ladder, trowel and gardening gloves for this weeks card. 

 

The sentiment, from Home & Garden, has been pruned! It actually says "Thanks for helping me grow". You don't always have to use the whole sentiment, just mask it off with tape, ink up, carefully remove the tape and stamp.
