The participants in Colour Creations are all Stampin' Up! demonstrators and members of Art With Heart. This is week 35 of Colour Creations Blog Hop, and as we use the colours alphabetically, we are up to Petal Pink.
This colour tones really well with Flirty Flamingo, and I added Pale Papaya and Mango Melody for some added zing. It really is a sweet shade. While seeking inspiration for my card, I did refer to the Stampin' Up! annual catalogue, and way down the back is a picture illustrating the dies, which I pretty much CASEd, with a few tweaks here and there.
If at any time you find a broken link, please head to the blog of this week’s host of the AWH Colour Creations Blog Hop, CathyProctor, and she will have the list of all participants.
Rachel your colour combination is so pretty and I love the composition of this card. The little border strip of the Party Pattern DSP is just perfect with the scalloped border die.
ReplyDeleteVery sweet card Rachel, I love the other pinks you've added to this card.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of Petal Pink, but I really like how the other orangey and pinky colours you used, help to lift it, Rachel. This is a very pretty card!
ReplyDeleteWhat a soft and pretty card Rachel. I just love the white embossed flowers on different coloured card stock and the pop of bright DSP peeking from the scalloped edge. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteLove those colours together, Rachel, so pretty. That scalloped border with the DSP panel behind, is perfect too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card Rachel and that addition of the Pattern paper is perfect
ReplyDeleteRachel I really do love your colour scheme and choice of DSP. A truly lovely card.
