Quick Christmas Cards

Now that you've received your designer series paper, it's time to start making cards. November really is a good time to be making Christmas cards but these designs are suitable for any type of card, for any occasion, it's a basic map for you to play about with.

Every year I order at least one cute Christmas stamp, and this year it was Warm & Toasty. The polar bear hadn't seemed very relevant to me, after all it is usually pretty hot, definitely not snowy, in Australia at Christmas time. However, his cuteness touched me, and I think this might be almost my favourite from my set of cards.

The card on the left is where the half-circle, cut from the Polar bear card was used up, making for another 'design feature'.The 'smiling' reindeer was the initial attraction to order this stamp, and he is quite delightful, don't you think?

Rabbits seem to be more for Easter than Christmas, but they're definitely singing their little hearts out!

This pair of mice also feature in Warm & Toasty, and I had a stray bow from Arrange A Wreath on my table, so that was added here.

To share the versatility of this design with the cut out, I've used Trimming The Town DSP and no stamping at all to make these two Christmas cards.

The sentiments are many, also in several languages and can easily be trimmed from the paper and added to your card creations. I even managed to find "happy" & "home" to use in my house-warming card!

The paper is still from Trimming the Town DSP and you'll see I managed to use that off-cut of trees on this card. Playful Alphabet Dies always come in handy to create a word you want to feature, or just can't find in your stamps.
