Welcome back to another week of CASE-ing The Catty. The crew is made up of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all parts of Australia and New Zealand. You are at the blog of Rachel Palmieri, Independent Stampin' Up!® demonstrator. I run classes at my home studio in South Morang, Victoria, share Stampin' Up!® products and tools at parties for my customers, create Craft By Post classes, coach my lovely team and create cards and the occasional 3D project. This week we are CASE-ing the Let It Snow Suite, pages 18-23 of your Holiday catalogue.
I needed to turn the page to find out the other included colours, and settled for Coastal Cabana. There was a slight issue here as I have the FF blends but only a Stampin' Marker for CC so I decided to be minimal & just put dots of colour on blue flowers. (Coastal Cabana is not yet available in Blends) My preference is to use Blends as I seem to get a smoother effect, but some of my customers are better at colouring with Markers.
To CASE I used a) the layout, minus the circle b) the colours c) twisted ribbon and a DSP strip behind the label d) coloured card for the sentiments e) a textured embossed piece over the card base
There is always so much inspiration in these catalogues, I'm sure that is why CASE-ing the Catty is so successful! Now it's your turn to show what you can do with a little catalogue inspiration. Add your work at our Facebook challenge here.
The next crew member to share is Michelle Strazds
