Welcome back to another week of CASE-ing The Catty. The crew is made up of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all parts of Australia and New Zealand. You are at the blog of Rachel Palmieri, Independent Stampin' Up!® demonstrator. I run classes at my home studio in South Morang, Victoria, share Stampin' Up!® products and tools at parties for my customers, coach my lovely team and create cards and the occasional 3D project. This week we are looking for inspiration in Everyday Occasions, which takes in pages 12-71. There's bound to be a huge variety of projects shared from this enormous section.
I've CASE-d the card top left, from page 32. |
The sentiment from the Parcels & Petals stamp set, back on page 27 struck me as being very appropriate for this little scene. The heart is diecut before stamping with the sentiment, and finally diecutting it all with a Rectangle Stitched Shape.
Seaside Spray is such a pretty, soft blue which I've used generously - on the piece behind, corrugated with the embossing folder of the same name, right through to Ferdinand's gumboots. Even the tips of the daisy he's holding have been coloured with Seaside Spray.
My grandson Oliver spent last Friday with me, and he also used the same stamps to create some cards. I think he did a pretty good job for a 5 year old.
I'd love you to choose my online shop to purchase from, use the Host Code when asked at check out, & I will send you a gift, along with a handmade card. The items listed below were used in my card above, and link to that item in my online shop.

ReplyDeleteSuper cute card Rachel, so far I've resisted buying this stamp set. Maybe it needs to go on my wish list.
ReplyDeleteOh, how adorable! You are making the best cards with this set - have you worn out the rubber yet? LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love your card and the colours you have used and the corrugated piece is just perfect as a background.
