Delicate Frost CI#44

Colour INKspiration is a fortnightly blog initiated by Bronwyn Eastley in Tasmania. The design team is made up of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all parts of Australia and New Zealand. You are at the blog of Rachel Palmieri, Independent Stampin' Up!® demonstrator. I run classes at my home studio in South Morang, Victoria, share Stampin' Up!® products and tools at parties for my customers, coach my lovely team and create cards and the occasional 3D project.
The day I first put ink on this stamp, First Frost, I wanted to stay home from work and stamp the rose in every colour I own.

I still haven't stamped them in every colour, but a large proportion of the pastels! This card was a joy to put together in these soft shades, and the weathered timber background seemed so appropriate. Wood Textures DSP incudes a few of these papers.

The spotty white tulle ribbon is another sweet touch behind the sentiment from Picture Perfect Birthday.

Next stop along this blog hop is the amazing Lou Kitzelman

I'm heading off to the States later this week, for some touring before a visit to Stampin' Up!® Head Office in Salt Lake City and to attend a 3-day conference celebrating 30 Years of Stampin' Up! I won't be participating in the team blog hops while I am away, but I have scheduled some posts if you want to pop in from time to time. Also, if you shop in my online store over the next 4 weeks spending $60-$249 you will receive some rhinestones from me.

You can shop for paper, stamps or ink at any time with me, by using the Online Shop. Add the host code, and there'll be extras in the mail when I get back. Order more than $100 using the Host code and you'll go into the draw for  one of these exclusive shopping bags.

  1. Wow - these roses look amazing! They are so perfect for this colour palette!! What a glorious card and the wood textures DSP is just perfect too!!

  2. That background is perfect with this combo and still elegant with the floral elements x

  3. I love the wood textures dsp as the background. Isn't this a stunning stamp set!! Love your card.

  4. Hello, I enjoy reading all of your article. I like
to write a little comment to support you.

  5. So pretty, I love that stamp set but it is still on my wish list. The wood-grain DSP has been popular with this colour combo, and looks perfect for your card.
