Festive Farmhouse CTC195

Welcome back to another week of CASE-ing The Catty. The crew is made up of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all parts of Australia and New Zealand. You are at the blog of Rachel Palmieri, Independent Stampin' Up!® demonstrator. I run classes at my home studio in South Morang, Victoria, share Stampin' Up!® products and tools at parties for my customers, coach my lovely team and create cards and the occasional 3D project. This week the design team are focusing on pages 12-17 and I chose to top up my supply of baby cards for new baby girls.

Sweet Baby is my go-to baby stamp at the moment. I love colouring the babies with Stampin' Blends, and the dies definitely make them more fun to cut out. The Detailed Baubles Thinlet Dies has a beautiful large lacy die, which seems perfect for these sweet little cards. It seems like it's the same one used in the catalogue sample too.

It is lovely sitting and colouring, and a bit of fun dreaming up colour combinations too. The new Tufted textured impressions embossing reminds me of a soft quilt, perfect for our baby.

Petals & More thinlets has this die to cut out the sentiment, just a touch fancy, and a little longer to accommodate this particular one. It helps when the stamp set has a sweet little sentiment for the inside, like the one below. It has a lovely font, don't you think?

Here is a second variation using the same key products. It is a different pink card, and I borrowed a sentiment from the fabulous stamp set Better Together. At least I'm ready now for the next couple of arrivals, so long as they're girls!

Next along on the blog hop this week is the talented Angela in New Zealand

If you'd like to share your creativity from CASE-ing the Catty, remember it is pages 12-17 this time, and you can pin it on the wall here on Facebook.

  3. Oh well that's just the absolute cutest Rachel. I need to have another look at those dies for the baubles, the doily is just a knockout. And I can see why you love colouring the bambino, but the embossing folder behind the baby caught my eye - perfect.
