Something different from CASE-ing The Catty for this fortnight; we are using a sketch to create. I quite like those parameters too, so made sure I took part in the hop this week. You may have arrived from the blog of the talented Tina Gillespie in South Australia, you'll have to check out her creation if you started here.
Welcome Easter is a big favourite of mine, I've used it heaps for Easter treat boxes and also love to pair it with Tags In Bloom, a recently retired SALE-A-Bration stamp set. Did you add it to your collection?
Having sorted the images I was using, I looked for a strip of designer series paper to use, settling for Best Dressed 6" X 6" sheets. My cards use the same sheet of paper, so you see that one side has multi-coloured polka dots, while the other side is a lovely floral.
These little creatures are so nice to colour, they don't always need so much, and I've enjoyed experimenting. Stampin' Blends are my preference for colouring, but you can use watercolour pencils, or ink.
It's nice to use some of the small stamps as background on the base card.
Shall we head over to see what Siobhan has created?
We love it when you join us on our Facebook page, so use the sketch and see what you can make for Easter.
I'd love you to choose my online shop to purchase from, use the Host Code when asked at check out, & I will send you a gift, along with a handmade card. The items listed below were used in my project above, and link to that item in my online shop.
