Welcome back to another round of blog hopping with the CASE-ing The Catty Crew. My name is Rachel, and I'm a Stampin' Up!® demonstrator in South Morang (outer Melbourne) in Australia. All of the crew members are from the South Pacific (Australia & New Zealand) so if you are looking for a demonstrator, one of us should be nearby. You can order from my online shop from anywhere in Australia and your order will be shipped straight to you, costing a minimum of $5.95.
The challenge this week is to CASE from pages 48-55 of the Holiday Catalogue, and I settled on page 52 and the Spooky Cat stamp set. You can pick out the one I CASE-d at left in the right-hand picture. The owl is wearing a witches hat and is sitting in a tree, with a huge full moon behind.
Initially I was only buying the Cat Punch, until I took a closer look at the stamp set. Then I NEEDED it as well, for the cats face, and with 2 science graduates in the family, those beakers would be handy for a personalised card, and then again, those same two people are bird watchers with a love of owls, so I made this card for Kirsten's October birthday. That is a long-winded explanation for why I bought the bundle, instead of just the punch, but also, for the life of the Holiday catalogue (January 2nd 2018) there is a 15% discount off the two items.
A 1 inch circle punch was used to punch a post-it note as a mask for my much-smaller-moon, and Dapper Denim has been sponged all around for a night sky.
Now you are hopping over to New Zealand to visit with the talented Angela. She has made such a pretty birthday card using a flower from Butterfly Basics. Blog hops go full circle so just keep on hopping using the link, until you arrive back at the point you started from.
