The participants in AWH Colour Creations Blog Hop are all Stampin' Up! demonstrators and members of Art With Heart. We love to Blog Hop sharing all the Stampin' Up! Colours alphabetically. This is week #39 and the lovely Pool Party is our chosen colour.
This birthday card developed from an idea to stretch the Brushed Metallic SDSP a little further. I cut a length 10cm wide and used Picture This Dies to cut 'windows'. The card is a longer one, to fit in a business envelope.
The windows allow space to decorate, with Decorative Borders and Awesome Owls providing the focal point, and Hand Drawn Dots and sentiments from Friends Are Like Seashells as the supporting act.
It's always nice to add a little something to the inside too.
I'm sure that Caroline has shared a wonderful project too so let's keep hopping.

Rschel, I love the layout of this card, the way you've used different products so seamlessly together and especially way you've used the Picture This Dies to cut 'windows' in your slimline card.

ReplyDeleteA gorgeous slim line card Rachel. I love your use of the Picture This dies to cut away rectangles (that can be used on another card(s), to show the stamped Hand-drawn Dots. Your owl and the Decorative Border images have been coloured beautifully and are delightful. Love it. xxx
