Tonight the Art with Heart team are sharing
creative projects featuring the Holiday Catalogue. We hope our blog hop
inspires you to get creative and make some fabulous Christmas creations. If you
would like a copy of the Holiday Catalogue, contact any of the girls on the
blog hop and we will get in touch with you.
My favourite from the Holiday Catalogue is actually a non-Christmas suite, Country Lane on page 42-43. I like the rustic decor style, and oh wow! what about that Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder? The suite also contains Braided Linen trim, Galvanised clips and beautiful pattern paper Country Lane DSP. The stamp set, Country Home, comprises 14 photopolymer stamps so plenty of options.
Bermuda Bay and Night Of Navy were my main colour choices, and when it came to colouring the flowers, I used every shade of green I had, and the new Cajun Craze. We really do have a wonderful range of colours in the alcohol-based markers, Stampin' Blends, with new additions at each catalogue release.
I inked the embossing folder before rolling it through the Big Shot, which helps to emphasise the delightful tile pattern. The sentiment, which is from First Frost, has been heat embossed in white.
I couldn't resist showing off my beautiful collection of Stampin' Blends, and I love nothing better than relaxing in the evening with a bit of colouring to do.
For something a bit different, I included Apron Of Love for the jug of utensils & rolling pin, and a die cut lid from Jars Of Love is the low vase. Next up is the very talented Monika O'Neill
