This card has truly been put together using bits and pieces from my scrap basket. I had a small piece of textured impressions embossed plum card, and a strip of DSP which toned nicely. The pieces were put together very much as you would construct a patchwork quilt, trimming and adjusting as needed.
The sentiment is from
Birthday Blossoms, stamped over with a splash of colour from
Gorgeous Grunge. It is quite a simple idea, but made quite a quick and easy birthday card. Of course, it would have been easy enough to add a punched or stamped flower but not really necessary.
