This week we are focusing on Petunia Pop, a gorgeous new In Color. It sits very comfortably with other purples and seems to me a darker shade of Fresh Freesia.
The Stampin' Up! brayer has been having a good workout in my craft room of late, creating interesting backgrounds for swap cards and other creations. Petunia Pop, Fresh Freesia & Highland Heather teamed up for this background.
Magnolia Mood is a stamp & die bundle you will find in my shop under Online Exclusives. It has a very detailed die which I die cut in white card, and after cutting apart and rearranging, placed behind the stamped image.
The flower was stamped in the new ink colour, Basic Beige. It has been coloured using a variety of colours in Stampin' Blends, our alcohol markers. Soft Sea foam for a hint of green on the leaves, Petunia Pop and Flirty Flamingo on the petals.
More stamping inside using Basic Beige and a few other flowers from Magnolia Mood stamp set. Now we are off to see what the talented Christine Blain has shared this week.
If at any time you find a broken link or would like to see a full list of participants, please head to the blog of our host of the AWH Colour Creations Blog Hop, Catherine Proctor.
