Colour Creations Blog Hop - Week 20 - Crushed Curry

Contributors to this blog hop are all members of Claire Daly's Art With Heart group. We love chatting, crafting and getting together in person.
Crushed Curry is the featured colour for week 20, and I have enjoyed using it to make a card that could be an end-of-season thank you for your basketball, footie/soccer teams coach.

It probably isn't a bad idea to start these cards good and early too, before all the end-of-year crazy time begins. Maybe the kids can make their own during the school holidays?

EVERYDAY THANKS strikes me as being the perfect stamp for your handmade cards for teachers, doctors, sports coaches, referees, school nurse and I'm sure there are more we could add to the list.
I have also used it for a birthday card and a get-well card.

Lockie likes to sit in front of the window where I take my photos, so he checked out the card but didn't leave a comment! It would be lovely if you had time to leave a comment though.

  1. If Lochie could comment, I'm sure he'd agree with my comment that I love this card! Gray and Crushed Curry look amazing together and the DSP really complements the hand drawn look of this stamped image.

  3. I love your thank you card for a school coach, Rachel. The whistle is perfect. Crushed Curry with grey is a lovely combo with white. The shorter card front with DSP underneath is a gorgeous effect. xxx

  4. Such a great thank you card for a coach and you are right to be getting on with all those end of year type cards when there is more time. Maybe get the grandchildren onto it in the holidays!
